European Court started to consider second action about Yulia Tymoshenko
On this week the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has begun the consideration of second action by ‘Yuliya Tymoshenko’s case’ – about the reasons and main points of the charge, according to which ex-prime minister was sentence to 7 years imprisonment, reports MINPROM.
It is assumed that verdict would be pronounced in 2014. But from August 2013 EctHR’s first verdict, concerning illegality of Tymoshenko’s imprisonment, will come into effect. Europeans suggest Kyiv seize the moment and let Tymoshenko out or at least let her go abroad for treatment.
It would be reminded that the European politicians said to Kyiv that Tymoshenko’s problem must be settled until EU’s summit in the end of November, in the course of which assosiation agreement between Ukraine and EU is going to be signed.
